Super Pro

Joey Rolfe has been clicking off round wins all season and his Super Pro win over Steve Doss on Sunday has put him in sole possession of second place with one week to go. It was a tight finish at the end with Joey scoring a .007 margin of victory at the stripe. He held a slight, .025 to .032 reaction advantage at the start and that was the difference as both drivers drove to identical, .013 packages. Joey's 5.573 at 119.93 mph on his 5.56 dial got the nod over Steve's 6.223 at 109.15 mph on his 6.21 dial-in and sealed in the win.

In the semis, point leader Tim Roberts held a slight .006 to .012 reaction advantage over Joey, but broke out of his 4.80 dial-in with a too-quick 4.797 and sent Joe the finals against Steve who drew the bye run.

Jacob Bombard scored the Pro final win when Ron Bixby lit the red light at the start. Jacob got the jump with his 7.23 dial-in and nailed the tree with a stout .015 reaction. Seeing his win light on, Jake ran it out to a -.020-under, 7.210 at 95.17 mph to make it official.  Ron dialed in at a 6.49, but his -.018 foul ended his chance for the win, so he too ran it out and posted a 6.405 at 107.91 mph for his runner-up effort. In semifinal action, Jacob squared off against Super Pro runner-up Steve Doss and got the win light to advance to the finals to meet Ron who had the bye run to move on.

Pro MX

Kevin Wuest scored his third straight Pro MX win when Haley Feher went red on the line, negating a solid, .007-over, 5.577 at 124.21 mph run on her 5.57 dial-in. Kevin's 3rd win was vital as it put him into first place in points by 2 over reigning champion Kevin Sutliffe. Kevin dialed his Polaris XCR in at a 5.93 and cut a .039 light on his way to a winning, 5.948 at 114.35 mph to lock in the win and to set the stage for next week's final points race.

In the semis, the Kevins locked horns and saw K.W. jump to a .013 to .072 reaction lead, a lead he able to hold on to and advance to the final. Haley had the solo shot and used it to her full advantage cutting .004 reaction and posting a 5.576 on her 5.55 dial to prep for final round battle.

Street Money

Pat Minogue's Street Money win over Mike Halsey put him in third place in points, one behind Grant Johnson with one race remaining to fight for second. Neither drivers killed the tree, but it was Pat gaining a .105 to .196 advantage. Pat's dead-on 9.420 at 75.89 mph pass ended any chance for Mike to slip by for the win. Mike dialed in a 7.69 and drove to a too-quick, 7.683 at 88.86 mph in an effort to close the R.T. gap and had to settle for the runner-up finish. The semis saw an awesome race between Pat and Money King Rick Vose. Rick had a .007 to .016 reaction advantage over Pat, but Team Jesus slapped a .001-over 9.431 on the King and moved on the meet Mike, who stopped Grant Johnson in their semifinal showdown.

Matt drove his Nova to a 6.569 at 103.53 mph on his 6.54 dial-in and settled for the runner-up finish.

In the semifinal round, Matt won a double red light battle over Dan Hanley whose -.032 was a tad quicker than Matt's -.010 light. Dave drew the bye run into the final and just took a soft green light and cruised into the final.

AMSS 2nd Chance

In the second chance bracket, Doral Short got the win over Arnold Matthews jumping out to an early, .035 to .165 reaction time lead. Doral had Arnold covered at the top end as well, running a 6.988 at 87.93 mph on his 6.91 dial-in to lock in the win. Arnold dialed up a 7.40, but was only able to muster a 7.792 at 90.73 mph in his runner-up effort.

In the semis, Doral squared off against Jake Ciciarelli and won a real close battle on the strength of his .013 to .060 reaction time lead. Jake drove closer to his 6.90 dial-in, (6.909 at 99.68 mph), but Doral's reaction lead was enough to score the win with a 6.932 at 99.49 mph on his 6.91 dial.
