Super Pro
Ross Booker scored the Super Pro win over Ron Calhoun when Ron went -.003 red on the line to lock in the win. Ron dialed in at a 5.95 with Ross just a few milliticks behind him with a 5.84 dial-in. Ross crossed the stripe with a 5.903 at 115.42 mph pass to finalize the win. Ron ran out his run and clocked in at a 6.005 at 116.44 mph and had to settle for the runner-up finish.
In semifinal action, Ross squared off against Gene Stankivitz and posted a solid .008 package (5.884/5.88 dial) and put Gene on the trailer to punch his ticket to the final. Ron had the bye run into final and made a full pass to set up his final round dial-in.

Pro
In the Pro final Chris Corlyon won both ends of the track in his win over Matt Consiglio. Chris' .020 to .045 reaction time advantage bought him plenty of time to track Matt down and ran a .010-over, 6.170 at 111.39 mph to lock in the win. In an effort to cross the line first, Matt broke out of his 6.68 dial-in with a 6.670 at 101.97 mph run and had to settle for the runner-up finish.
In the semis, the first pairing saw Chris run a .009-over, 6.169 to force Steve Doss into a .002-under, 6.358 to advance to the final. In the 2nd pair, Matt ran a .004-over, 6.684 to stop Kevin Sutliffe who broke out with a 5.437 on his 5.44 dial-in, to set the stage for the Pro final.

Pro MX
Brandon MacCombie had all he needed for the Pro MX win at the line when his .001 reaction more than covered Kevin Sutliffe's .033 reaction. Brandon dialed in a 5.64 and ran a 5.661 at 122.15 mph to seal the win. Kevin dialed in his 'Busa at a 5.43 and posted a 5.455 at 126.15 mph for the runner-up finish.
In the semis, Brandon held a razor-thin, .045 to .046 reaction time advantage for Kevin Wuest and held on for the win with a 5.653 on his 5.64 dial-in to advance to the final. Kevin had a solo shot and made full pass to set up his final round dial-in.

Street Money
Rick Vose made it three-in-a-row Street Money wins when he stopped Todd Lipke in the Street Money final. It was fairly close on the line with Rick holding a .047 to .054 reaction advantage, he then finished it off at the top end with a .011-over 7.411 at 88.80 mph pass for the win. Todd dialed his Chevelle SS in at a 7.35, but could only muster a 7.474 at 83.49 mph and had to settle for a runner-up finish.
In the semifinals, Rick advanced to the final when John Goldman fouled out in his '83 Mercury, while Todd drew the bye run and ran an off-throttle pass.

Modified
Dave Miller left the door open to Bernie Wise at the start, giving up a .129 to .079 reaction time advantage, but Bernie couldn't capitalize on it and could only run a 6.676 at 103.45 mph pass on his 6.60 dial-in. Dave was able to reel Bernie in and took the stripe with a 6.263 at 107.99 mph run on his 6.25 dial-in to lock in the win.
In the semis we saw Bernie advance to the final when John Stern went red, and in the other pairing we saw Jeremy Wise give up a slight reaction advantage over Dave and broke out with a .005 too quick 7.945. Dave was "right tight" on his 6.26 dial-in with a 6.265 pass to move on to the final round.

Street Trophy
While the reaction times weren't exactly stellar in the Street Trophy final, John Goldman did hold on to a .112 to .123 lead, but it was his near-perfect, 9.593 at 73.33 mph pass on his 9.59 dial-in that locked in the win. Grant Johnson has his '74 Pontiac dialed in pretty tight over the season, but he bombed his 10.23 dial-in with a -.073 too quick, 10.157 at 65.22 mph and had to settle for the runner-up finish.
In the semis, Grant was right on it, running a 10.254 on his 10.25 dial-in in his win over Tim Patterson. Tim ran an awesome 8.551 on his 8.55 dial, but gave up much on the start. In the second pairing, John gave up a .0122 to .108 R.T. leads to Pat Minogue, but his -.001-over, 9.631 whitewashed that deficit and drove on for the win.
