Super Pro
Zach Beasaw put a streak of wins in 2024 that put some coin in his pockets and he did it again Sunday to score the Super Pro Championship jackpot when he defeated Natalie Musolino. Despite sitting out the 2025 season to date due to a sports injury, Natalie made her first trip back to the track a good one. She held a slight .010 to .017 reaction time lead, but missed her mark running a 4.855 at 111.63 mph on her 4.76 dial-in and settled for the runner-up finish. Zach dialed in a 4.88 and logged a 4.905 at 129.30 mph to snag the bounty.
In the semis Natalie held a vulnerable, .033 to .039 lead over Dave Miller at the start, but Dave broke out with a .006-under pass to set up the final pairing between Natalie and Zach who had the solo semifinal pass.

Pro
Kevin Sutliffe was vying to make it 2-in-a-row Pro wins, but fell .002 short and saw Jake Lipke score the white timeslip. Jake held a slight .027 to .037 advantage at the line which bought him just enough real estate to hold off Kevin's charging 'Busa, with a 5.865 at 117.07 mph winning pass. Kevin ran .008 closer to his 5.52 dial-in, but his 5.554 at 125.21 mph just fell short in an outstanding race by both drivers.
In the semis Kevin punched his finals ticket when Chris Corlyon went -.012 red, and Jake won a double breakout match against Don Austin to set up the finals pairing.

Pro MX
Kevin Sutliffe did put a "W" in the win column on Sunday when Brandon MacCombie dipped under his 5.77 dial-in with a 5.756 at 116.42 mph and had to settle for the runner-up finish. Kevin won the starting line battle with a .084 to .099 reaction lead and stayed .014 on the green side of the E.T. prediction with a 5.524 at 125.70 mph on his 5.51 dial-in to snare the win.
Semifinal action saw Kevin post a perfect .000 reaction and a .003 over E.T. that forced Kevin Wuest into a breakout run to set his his final round match against Brandon who drew the semifinal bye-run.

Street Money
Pat Minogue's Street Trophy dominance in the past few years is paying off with some late round runs in the Money division and he scored the Street Money win over another hot-shoe Grant Johnson. Both drivers posted uncharacteristic slow reactions with Grant holding a .103 to .122 advantage, but his 10.454 at 63.86 mph on his 10.40 dial-in wasn't enough to maintain the lead and he had to settle for the runner-up finish. Pat dialed his consistent Caprice in at a 9.40 and squeaked by Grant with a 9.419 at 73.04 mph for a slim, .016 m.o.v. win.
The final pairing was set when Todd Lipke fell to Grant in the semis when he broke out, and Pat had the solo shot into the finals.

Modified
Jeremy Wise won the Modified battle between the '84 Chevy S-10s when his opponent, Dave Miller fouled out with a -.080 start. Jeremy had the head start with his 8.04 dial-in and got his run started with a .051 reaction and drove to a winning 8.062 at 84.32 mph and bagger another Mod win. Dave ran it out despite the red bulb glowing and posted a -.011-under, 6.389 at 107.14 mph runner-up effort.
In the semifinal round, Jeremy squared off against Mark Bushnell and won both ends of the track to set the stage to meet Dave who drew the bye-run into the finals.

Street Trophy
Grant Johnson scored another Street Trophy win when his opponent, Bill Coon went red at the start. With the win sealed, Grant made a full-power pass and drove his '74 Poncho to a .066 initiated, 10.409 at 63.76 mph on his 10.43 dial-in to make it official. Bill dialed his '84 Camaro in at a 9.63 and drove to a 9.621 at 71.57 mph in his runner-up effort.
Semifinal action saw Bill post a healthy .080 to .136 reaction time lead over Pat Minogue and held on for the win. Grant squared off against Tim Patterson and scored the win on the strength of his .005 to .032 reaction time lead to set up his showdown with Bill in the final round.

Stock/Super Stock
It was a decent showing of competitors for the first of two Stock/Super Stock races of the season and saw some close racing action between the racers through 4 rounds. John Cira did get the win over Ed Hawkins when he grabbed an early, .036 to .083 reaction lead, but a close finish never materialized as Ed's Camaro ran into some issues and slowed to a 9.708 on his 6.03 dial-in. John watched his mirrors and lifted to a 7.019 at 78.76 mph on his 6.79 dial-in for the win.
In the semis, John squared off against Super Stock veteran Lou Altieri and grabbed a comfortable .029 to .062 R.T. lead to advance to the final. Ed lined up next to Pete Oakes in the other semifinal pairing and ran a solid .006-over, 6.036 at 114.37 mph which pushed Pete into a breakout run to set up the final pair.
