Adam's 11.50 Shootout
Today we hosted Adam Carlson's 11.50 Pro Tree Shootout race as well as our 3rd Summit E.T. Series points race of the season. Bob Belvick drove his '69 Camaro to the $1,000 payday in the Shootout by stopping Terry Lee who was in his Chevy powered '89 Mustang. In the final Bob held a .525 to .559 reaction time advantage and won it with an 11.603 at 89.32 mph, while Terry had to settle for the runner up with his 11.604 at 101.36 mph. Brian Skiff and Larry Forjone were the semifinalists. Thanks to Adam Carlson for putting this event together again. Watching all the racers try to run close to the 11.50 index made for some very interesting and entertaining racing action.
 

Super Pro
In Super Pro Matt Spisak in his '84 Camaro got the nod over Billy Caprara who had to settle for the runner up spot in his '10 Dragster for the second straight week. Matt held a .507 to 536 r.t. advantage and ran a 10.851 at 124.61 mph run on his 10.84 dial to turn back Billy's 7.553 at 177.84 mph run on his 7.52 dial. Steve Doss and Terry Scheirer were the semifinalists.

Pro 
Terry Lee was able to go one step further than he did in the Adam's race when he drove his '89 Mustang to the Pro title by stopping Theodore Lewis in the final round. Terry cut a .546 light and ran a 10.713 at 125.40 mph on his 10.70 dial, while Theodore who was driving his '82 Firebird threw away his dial in matching 10.692 at 124.64 mph run with a .491 red light and had to be content with the runner up cash. Gary Rolfe Jr. and Skip Zegarelli were the semifinalists.

Pro MX 
In Pro MX, Keith Miller rode his '86 Suzuki to his second straight win by defeating Sudsy Eastman who was on his '00 Ski-Doo. Keith had a .527 light and ran a 10.082 at 116.60 mph on his 10.00 dial in. Sudsy either spun bad or was distracted because he was uncharacteristically late with a .909 light and could only muster a 10.394 at 123.27 mph run on his 10.04 dial in to take the runner up spot. Dan Cerio and Jason Schultz were the semifinalists.

Street Money
Steve English in his '82 Olds stopped last week's winner Howard Roberts who was driving his '75 Plymouth. Steve held a .538 to .588 starting line advantage and won it with a 12.815 at 103.90 mph run on his 12.79 dial, while Howard settled for the runner up spot with a .588 initiated, 11.891 at 111.431 mph run on his 11.85 dial in. "Dozer" Jessica DeSiato was the lone semifinalist in her Camaro.

Modified
It was an all Scheirer Modified final round as daughter Heather was set to run father Terry. Unfortunately Terry had some sort of mechanical issue and could not run anywhere near his 7.87 dial with a 10.29 at 100.41 mph. Heather ran an 8.175 at 160.63 mph on her 8.15 dial in. Mike Spisak was the semifinalist.

Street Trophy
Todd Minerd drove his trusty '85 S-10 to the win by defeating Howie Conklin who was in his familiar '65 Chevy. Todd went .559 at the tree and ran a 15.479 at 82.90 mph run to turn back Howie's .645 initiated, 13.102 at 104.21 mph run on his 13.17 dial in. Steve English was the semifinalist.
